Hello from Cool Breeze!
Thank you for coming out to Dillinger's for Music Mondays. It was a very successful evening with some transcending moments for performers and audience alike. Kathleen and I had fun and will continue to work together on our duet. Our next show is at the Olympia Farmer's Market, Friday April 13, from 11-2 pm.

As for what's happening with Traveler, our beloved sailboat, she is in the water once again!Freshly painted and new prop shaft. We "splashed" on Tuesday morning. So great to be back aboard even for a short ride to the guest dock at Swantown Marina. We have more interior and upper deck work awaiting, but for now she is at least floating and almost ready for the chartering season. We had a meeting with Marie's Bed and Breakfast, a new local small business, and will likely be partnering with them as an activity they will offer their guests with potential for expanding to weddings, catering sunset cruises and other special events they may create. Nice folks. And as always, live music will be part of the charters in some way.

Spring is just around the corner!
On the home front, we signed away my home in Tumwater yesterday after 10 years of trying to recover my investment. It will be official with the title company today! Momentous! Then, less than an hour later we worked with our agent drafting an offer on a house on the west side of Olympia. Fingers crossed!
